- General Provisions
These cancellation conditions apply to reservations made through Prime Way Transfer. Every customer who makes a reservation is deemed to have accepted these conditions. - Cancellation Period and Conditions
- Reservation cancellation can be made before the transfer date. at least 10 days in advance can be done.
- No refunds will be made for cancellations made less than 10 days.
- Cancellation must be requested by the customer in writing (e-mail or via our website).
3 – Refund Policy
- 10 gün öncesinde yapılan iptallerde, toplam ödemenin %100’ü kesintisiz olarak iade edilir.
- In case of cancellation less than 10 days or non-use of the service no refunds will be made.
- Refunds are processed using the same method the customer used to pay, and processing times may vary depending on the bank.
4- Change Requests
- Reservation date changes at least 10 days in advance must be requested.
- Changes are subject to availability. If there is no availability on the new date, cancellation conditions apply.
5 – Force Majeure
- In case of force majeure such as natural disasters, war, terrorist attacks, epidemics, cancellation and refund conditions are evaluated at the discretion of the company.
6 – Prime Way Transfer Cancellation Right
- Prime Way Transfer reserves the right to cancel the transfer due to compelling reasons or operational reasons.
- In such a case, the customer will be refunded in full or an alternative service will be offered.
These terms are determined by Prime Way Transfer and the right to update is reserved.
